Kali Durgampudi, president and CEO of Apprio, brings hands-on experience delivering exceptional enterprise value and growth. With more than 21 years in healthcare and technology, he leads and provides cross-functional solutions and products that deliver tangible results.
Durgampudi brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as CTO at Zelis Healthcare Solutions, chief technology and innovation officer at Greenway Health, and senior vice president of R&D at Nuance’s enterprise division. Additionally, Durgampudi founded Akuila LLC, which specializes in advisory services in globalization and automation for technology and software companies.
He serves as an advisor to several technology companies and private equity firms. He is an advisory board member at Zinnov and on the board of CHIME India.
Durgampudi has a master’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, India.
Todd Traver is COO of Apprio’s federal business unit, where he ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across all federal business departments. He is committed to streamlining processes, translating high-level goals into actionable plans, and ensuring financial performance.
Traver’s career spans military and civilian sectors. As a registered nurse and career U.S. Army Reserve Brigadier General, he brings more than 38 years of management experience. He has led multiple Army organizations ranging from 10 personnel to more than 10,000 personnel and managed multiple programs with annual budgets of $4 million to $135 million. Traver served as the U.S. Army theater medical commander and deputy task force commander, supporting and enabling U.S. and NATO operations in Afghanistan.
Beyond the Army, Traver served as the deputy emergency management director and deputy public health director for Columbia County, NY, where he led comprehensive emergency preparedness plans and operations and served as an on-scene incident commander during local emergencies.
Traver has a master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, PA, a master’s degree in public administration from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, as well as a post-graduate certificate in healthcare management from Columbia Southern University.
Ciaren Bevelle serves as COO of Top Docs, a leading provider of locum tenens for healthcare providers and systems.
Bevelle has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and brings 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, mostly in healthcare staffing support. She owned and managed her own locum tenens agency prior to joining Top Docs. Before that, she spent five years as vice president of sales and marketing for a genetics health and wellness company.
Han Waschitzki is Apprio’s chief financial officer, providing a wealth of experience in managing cash flow, business planning, internal audit, analytics, indirect cost structures, and pricing strategies.
Prior to joining Apprio, Waschitzki spent 11 years as CFO for aXseum and has had several progressive leadership positions with BridgeStreet.
He has a bachelor’s degree in consumer economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Chloë Madden brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources management to Apprio. She understands the unique challenges of managing staff needs and recruiting new candidates within the highly competitive consulting environment nationally and globally.
Madden is responsible for talent acquisition in alignment with the company’s mission, culture, and growth objectives. Prior to joining Apprio, she was the director of human resources for KLDiscovery. She has served in HR functions for Versar and Booz Allen Hamilton. In these roles, she managed talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, technology implementation, and HR compliance.
Madden earned a master’s degree in human resource management from Marymount University, Arlington, VA, and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from State University of New York at Binghamton. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification and serves on the leadership committee of Northern Virginia SHRM Mentor HR Program. Additionally, she has been a treasurer and assistant editor for the Northern Virginia SHRM chapter.
Jim Swart brings a demonstrated history of fortifying organizational defenses, steering comprehensive cybersecurity initiatives, and developing innovative solutions for both commercial and government sectors as Apprio’s chief information security officer.
Swart has a wide range of experience and expertise within information security, including penetration testing, cybersecurity awareness, and incident response exercises. He has served leading roles within the healthcare and government sectors, including the National Security Agency, Lockheed Martin, and United Healthcare.
A veteran of the U.S. Marines, Swart has a master’s degree in cyber security and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Maryland. He has several information security certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
David House serves as Apprio’s chief revenue officer, where he leads the “go-to-market” strategy and execution for Apprio’s automation division.
House brings more than 25 years of information technology operations and sales experience, having successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver consistent growth and create operational excellence.
Prior to joining Apprio, he served as chief commercial officer at Greenway Health, as well as vice president of cloud platform sales and customer success at Oracle. House founded and managed multiple companies and served in several interim executive roles in the healthcare and fintech industries. He currently serves on the board of directors for Elysian Bioscience.
A recognized thought leader on market growth, healthcare technology, team building, and operational excellence, House has spoken at such high-profile events as HIMSS, MGMA, GDS Summit, Oracle OpenWorld, and AGI Growth Summit.
During the past 30 years, Rodney Napier has built an extensive background in multiple healthcare verticals that provides the foundation for his role as a chief product officer.
Napier’s expertise covers managed care, healthcare informatics, technology, and revenue cycle management, providing him a unique understanding for the intricacies of healthcare from the payor and provider perspectives. Prior to joining Apprio, he served as the chief marketing officer for a revenue cycle management company that provides enrollment, disability, and third-party liability services.
At Apprio, Napier fills multiple roles, including product development, revenue cycle management SME, and marketing and branding efforts.
Napier received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University, Columbus, and a master’s degree in business administration from Ashland University, Ashland, OH.
Will Hamilton is the chief product officer for Apprio’s automation solutions. He leads a team of product and technology specialists in designing, developing, and deploying the company’s automation products focused on revenue cycle management.
With over 15 years of health information technology experience, Hamilton has worked in a variety of positions to support technology implementations and enhancements for federal agencies and commercial clients. Prior to Apprio, he worked as a consultant supporting technology modernization efforts of the Veterans Health Administration, Health and Human Services (HHS), and Department of Defense (DoD).
Hamilton has bachelor’s degrees in finance and public relations and advertising from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional.
Srinivasan Krishnan serves as Apprio’s chief technology officer, where he spearheads efforts to enhance Apprio’s technology solutions to better serve clients and their patients in revenue cycle management, patient eligibility and enrollment, and disability enrollment, as well as internal IT needs.
With nearly 30 years of leadership and experience, Krishnan has an established track record of delivering world-class technology in platforms and solutions in the healthcare and medical device spaces. Prior to joining Apprio, he had several leadership and development positions with Greenway Health and Siemens Healthcare.
Krishnan has a bachelor’s degree in physics from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India, and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
Rui Adriano dos Santos Valadão is general manager of AZ Apprio Evolution, Apprio’s São Roque Pico-based operation to support software development, digital transformation, and IT consulting.
He has had several leadership and technology positions during his career, including at Decathlon, the Regional Directorate of Science and Technology, and TERINOV – Science and Technology Park of Terceira Island. His professional focus has been on entrepreneurship, innovation, and transfer of knowledge and technology.
Valadão has a degree in communications from the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, as well as a postgraduate degree in marketing and a master’s degree in economic and business sciences from the University of the Azores. He completed a Creating Communication Campaigns program at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, in Groningen, Netherlands, and a master’s degree in innovation management from the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs.
